With so many social media sites (and new ones popping up every week), it can feel like you need to be everywhere at once. Do you choose the most popular site? The easiest one to use? Or should you be on every platform? I created this infographic to help you work out which social media platform is right for you.
While this infographic is a good general guide, don’t forget that you also need to do some research into your business before you choose your social media site. It’s not just about which social media platform is right for you. You need to look at where your audience are and how much time you have to spend on social media. These important factors can determine how many websites you sign up to and how you use them.
Don’t worry if one site doesn’t work out for your business, you can easily switch to a different one. But if you do find that your business is doing particularly well on a certain platform you may want to start working on another. Don’t forget to link your social media sites where possible. You want your potential customers to be able to find you easily.
